The 12 Days of FITMAS

Ah, the holidays - it's a time of joy and celebration, wonder and amazement.

But it can also be a time of chaos, confusion and of our regular routines going right out the window! Between family obligations, travel, navigating kids’ schedules and trying to make the season magical for everyone around us, it’s not uncommon for us to lose steam and let our own needs, routines and activities tae a back seat.

Vibe Vault Fit has the answer to help keep your fitness (and maybe even sanity!) on track leading up to the holidays, and we are so excited to share it with you!

Welcome to the 12 Days of Fitmas Challenge!

Starting today (December 7 2020), let Vibe’s own Personal Trainer Melissa guide you through 12 days of exercises designed to give you a moment just for you - a time to remember to take care of yourself in the midst of all the holiday hustle and bustle.

Want in? Here’s how!

The challenge will be hosted on a private Facebook group, so be sure to join today - simply search for Vibe Vault Fit - 12 Days of Fitmas (2020) or click here. Each morning we will post that day’s challenge exercises, including a video demonstrating proper form.  Each day, take some time for yourself and complete the exercises, then share a selfie, maybe a video of yourself, or even just a post letting us know that you have - check DONE! - given yourself the gift of FITNESS this holiday season! Don’t forget to share with the group so that we can share in the excitement and celebrate our accomplishments along the way.

Remember - this challenge is about YOU - making your body, mind, soul, fitness and wellness a priority, even during the busiest of times. Let’s come together to encourage, celebrate and motivate each other, and to hold ourselves and each other accountable to our commitments to ourselves.

This challenge runs from December 7th - December 20th this year (with a rest day built in!).

Let’s get stronger together this holiday season!

So - are you in??
