As we continue our yearlong journey towards thriving, we ask you to consider the following - how would your life change if you saw every challenge or setback as an opportunity to grow and learn? This month, we challenge you to shift your perspective to view every moment, every interaction, and every experience as an opportunity to learn, evolve, adapt, and unlock your true potential. At each challenge, at each frustration, and even at each moment of joy, offer yourself a moment of pause - What can I learn from this? How will this help me to grow? With this infusion of curiosity and by adopting a growth mindset, we can open the door to endless possibilities for transformation in all aspects of our lives. Each moment holds within it flecks of opportunity, all we have to do is look for them.
St. Patrick’s Day Dance Fit Party
Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a Dance Party at Vibe Vault Fit on Saturday, March 15th (9:30a.m) The Dance Fitness class will be 75 minutes led by our TEAM of instructors. Party to follow and Bobbles & Lace from West Chester will have a pop-up shop with clothing/accessories. In-studio drop in is $20.
Afrobeat Dance Fitness Workshop with Bechir
Join us Thursday, March 20th (7:15pm) for a 75min AFROBEAT Dance Fitness Workshop with special guest instructor Bechir Ben Dhief (Zumba Jammer). The workshop will begin with a 30min Afrobeat movement breakdown, during which Bechir will demonstrate and explain key afrobeat dance moves in detail and then will end with a high energy 45min afrobeat dance fitness masterclass. $30 to register ($25 for members).
