Join us for MOVE WELL w/ Jody! Explore mobility, flexibility, and restore what we’ve lost. Bi-weekly on Sundays (11:05-11:35am) and every Friday (8:50-9:20am)! You can regisiter though the Vibe Vault Fit app.


MEDITATION

Join us November 10th & 24th for Meditation. During our mediation class, you will be guided through mindfulness and visualization mediations and breath practices. Your awareness will be cultivated to consciously notice thoughts and sensations in your body and in your mind. Practitioners will leave class feeling replenished, well rested and refreshed. Together we will cultivate stillness and calm through practices and tools that you can take with you into your everyday life. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
